LIFE IN THE ISLAMIC STATE ======================= By an eye witness You walk the streets of the Islamic State, life seems normal, shops open, people out shopping, traffic flowing, you see the traffic wardens moving on cars, traffic police ushering cars on. You look around billboards displaying anti smoking campaigns, billboards showing the appropriate ways to dress for men and women, familes walking the streets, husbands and wives with their children, everyone looks happy. You walk passed the Islamic courts, you see many people going to get their haq back, from citizens to soldiers, no difference between the state and citizens when it comes to the laws of Allah, housing provided, food distributed, advice centers open, dawah stalls & big events to propagate the deen and educate the masses. Citizens greeting the foreign fighters as their own, inviting you to their homes for food, for drink or just to socialise, the kids all raise their finger on tawheed, all giving salaam, the mujahideen go distribute sweets to children. Security in place, check points to make sure no enemies enter, anti aircraft weoponary positioned, ready for any air attacks by the nusayris, qadis patrol to ensure any disputes resolved, many come to you asking to resolve their disputes according to the book of Allah. This is a glimpse of the Islamic State.
