LIFE Im a piece of material, Marketable at all season, Beautifully adoned with petals and stones, Oh, what a jewel am I! Buyers with variables, Prices differ, Tastes indefinite, Durability and affordability is germane. Imagine me, being cut into pieces! The tacking and stitching, The sowing, embroidering, and trimming, If only I can talk! This pain is unbearable, Thank God for the finishing, The trauma is over! But oh no, its not yet over! The packaging, The constant check by intending buyers, The bargaining power, The sizing by the old and young, fat and slim, beauty and the ugly, all with different body odour, Oh, God of mercy, when will this end? The comments, The price tags, A sigh of relief, At last, I belong to someone! The washing process, Handwash, washine machine? Imagine the scrubbing, If only i can cry! The drying; the heat, the scorch, Oh gosh, if only I can scream! Thank God Im thoroughly dry; at least, Im not smelling bad. Alas, Im to be ironed, Oh, what a life! Unbearable with no choice, If only I can mourn! Imagine the praise from from peoples lips, So beautiful, gorgeous, and ..., The warm compliments, Oh, if only I can laugh! LESSON: Life is progressive, it must be completed. A phase differs to the next, till the end of time. Challenges abound; attitude makes the difference, patience conquers all!
