LIFE ON OUR NUT FARM – POTPOURRI Yesterday, I had a busy day - TopicsExpress

LIFE ON OUR NUT FARM – POTPOURRI Yesterday, I had a busy day in town. Slow time of year, I drove on the ferry, departing in ten minutes and the same coming back home to Whidbey Island. A few weeks ago, this would have been a two plus hour commute. Last night, was dinner out with my father Kenny, brother Paul and sister-in-law Cheryl. We had good food and it was great fun! Today, a full day in the office, I did take a sewing and serging break, all Our Pets, by my side! Michael worked another over time day, and he just arrived home. Warm today, almost hit fifty degrees – the drizzle continues. Even so, with the damp, I started a fire in our wood stove. Everyone in the Puget Sound region and beyond is excited about the Seattle Seahawks playing in the Super Bowl! One of my business associates I talked with in NYC today is cheering for us as well! A true football fan, she called our game/win last week epic! Unable to sit still, I had two TVs on so I could move from room to room! It did take my breath away! I love all your Comments, past few days have been great, and appreciate the Likes and Views! I’ll answer your questions tomorrow evening. Miss Vivienne is sleeping on my lap, her short little legs and head leaning on my left arm. Snoring so loud, she just woke herself up, looked at me, “woofed” – as if I had done something! Many Blessings from Our Nut Farm. January 22, 2015
