Rather try and make it as easy a possible, because then your chances for succeeding is much more. You can do a number of things to make your new lifestyle a relatively painless adjustment. The key to implementing any plan is to take small steps. Heres 6 ways to make success easy: 1. Arrange your life so that your new healthy habits fit right in. 2. Choose one goal at a time or make one change at a time. You can do everything. Just not all at once. 3. Make peace with the fact that you will setbacks. The biggest difference between successful people and unsuccessful people is how they respond to setbacks. Successful people try again after going through a setback. Successful people dont give up. 4. Convenience first. Find ways to fit your program into your schedule, not the other way around. 5. Find food and exercise that you enjoy and can see yourself doing or eating 5 years from now. You will never keep doing something that you hate. 6. Set SMART goals. There are so many ways to make success easier than failure. You CAN succeed.
