LIGHT SNOW LIKELY TUESDAY MORNING. A weak clipper system will quickly race eastward overnight, bringing us a period of light snow Tuesday. Clipper systems are typically moisture starved and fast moving; so while there will be areas of snow for our area, this looks to be a minor event. The timing with this system, however, will be the problem, as it arrives just in time for the morning commute. We are calling for a general 1-2 of snow for the area. Most of the snow showers should wrap up by 4 or 5 in the afternoon. Watch out for slick roads and slower travel Tuesday.
