These five young (ish!) men came together in November 2009 with the sole intention of creating a magnificent showcase of Genesis songs! GENES-ISH have changed the line up over the years but still consist of five talented musicians from the North of England who have each developed their craft over many years! Frontman Wayne Ellis, bassist, vocalist and supreme entertainer is "as close as you can possibly get to the late great Philip Lynott himself". Greg Alcock is one half of the Limehouse Lizzy guitar duo, a wah-wah specialist!. Drummer Andy Fox forms the powerhouse rhythm section of the band. Guitarist Tim Read is best known for his work with Leicester rockers Chrome Molly playing on tours with bands like Alice Cooper and Queensryche.
