LINCOLN COUNTY = Obama said to vote for the Democrats would be a vote for his policies, so it ends up being the OBAMA PARTY. Well the same things happen if you vote Phoebe Harless in as commissioner it will be the BARRY HARLESS PARTY. Everyone admits working for him, and the ones who dont lie. I think everyone knows the charges I have on everyones desk in Charleston to no avail so remember what you told me about them ,and vote them out.
