LISOT Opti practice kicked off on LI Sound this weekend at Larchmont YC. While Pili and Willem coached our Team Trails sailors in 20-25+ knots and 35-degree water temps, Pepe is down at Lauderdale YC coaching the Opt US National Team (which includes many LISOTers who will be representing the USA at international regattas for this spring). LISOTers make up nearly half Team USA going IODA South Americans in Uruguay, with Pepe and Amanda Clark coaching. Today the USNT were treated to a chalk talk from two IODA Worlds veterans, LYCs Chris Williford and LISOTs Will Logue. Pepe is Team USA coach for 2014 Opti Worlds this October in Argentina.
