LISTEN... I dont get in Grown Folks bidness, I know better, but in light of the tension in the Urban Literary Industry I wanted to highlight some of my FAV Authors who not ONLY help me get through my bid, but also inspired me to pick up the pen. Becuz in MY Opinion thats what it should be about... Hope & Inspiration. This was during a time when the craft was Respected, Loved, & Appreciated, & it was an Honor to be allowed a voice on such a grand platform. MOST of Yall consider me new to the game, and thats cool. So thats Who Ill Speak For... the new & inspiring writers out there are looking to YOU, the Pioneers, to lead by example. To lead with integrity... Like you use to. NOT to engage in petty beefs and use our GOD given talents/gifts of words to tear one another down... And compelling readers to take sides is Most Definitely a No-No & its not Fair to them. Okay, now Ill step back into my lane. I just wanted to get that off my chest. The Following Are Those That Gave Me Hope During My Bleakest Time In LIFE and I Thank You All... I can only pray that such solace and camaraderie would be restored. And to ALL readers... aint nothing but LOVE in my Kingdom. Lifes Too SHORT. Lets Get Back To The Basics!
