SHOCK JOCK RUSH LIMBAUGH SAYS ACTOR IDRIS ELBA SHOULDNT PLAY JAMES BOND BECAUSE HE IS BLACK A recent Sony leak reveals that Co-Chair Amy Pascal suggested British actor, Idris Elba, should be the next James Bond and Rush Limbaugh is not having. Earlier today on his radio show, Limbaugh went on a rant about the ‘Luther’ star — or as he described “African-English”— not being right for the role. Limbaugh said, Now Sony is suggesting that the next James Bond should be Idris Elba, a black Briton rather than a white from Scotland. But thats not who James Bond is, and I know its racist to probably even point this out. Pascal’s suggestion comes at the tale end of the current James Bond, Daniel Craig’s contract as he is only slated to shoot one more film. Do you agree? Listen to Rush’s full rant below.
