Perhaps the Hidden Dream lies behind its staging, demanding an iconography that is only possible when the paintings have an argument and a linguistic basis on their own, that allow us to interpret its powerful symbolic meaning. The main objective of Cabellut through all its succesive parodic deformations, represents a new way to raise and question what is its the condition of painting, what barriers must disrupt or what limits to cross to camouflage ourselves in the mirror of our own dispersion.
