In our education set up, when one is elected as a prefect or a leader his authority and right in that office of leadership is read out to him or her for effective administration. Jesus was announcing to all creation (ie including the devil and his demons) about the authority He has delegated to all who will believe in Him and become born again. So if you are born again all creation bear witness that you have received the power to walk in the signs of casting out devils and healing the sick too. THIS DAY I SEE YOU LIBRATE YOUR TERRITORY AND THE PEOPLE AROUND YOU FROM DEMONIC OPPRESSIONS AND HEALTH AFFLICTIONS, IN JESUS NAME!!!!! These signs are not for only church leaders and elders, it is for every born again. Jesus didnt say these signs shall follow them that believe and fast for days and pray and live a perfect life without err. Beloved your qualification to walk in these signs is just to believe, you are for signs and wonders. You have to keep meditating (ie continuous rehearsals of the word over and over again in your mind and lips) on these words Jesus spoke until it becomes a driving force in you which you cant resist. Faith comes by hearing and not but the heard word of God, hearing is a present continuous thing so the more you rehearse the word of God in your mind and lips over and over again you build faith in you for action. The days of the demons tormenting your family, ministry, relationship, finances, business and education are over from this moment, because you are going to cast them out in the name of Jesus. YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO HEAL ALL MANNERS OF HEALTH AFFLICTIONS JUST BY BELIEVING!!!!!
