LIVING WATER --- JUNE 29, 2014 -[SUN.] PRAYER COVER While Peter was kept in prison, the church prayed fervently to GOD for him. -- Acts 12 : 5 As we walked out of the mall, my wife and I found out that it had been raining hard for some time. Many people were outside looking for a taxi ride. I thought to myself, This could become a very long and trying wait. I should have prayed earlier for us to easily get a ride. I felt the LORD confirming it as well. We went back in and I prayed that we would easily get a taxi ride when we later exited the mall. We then ate dinner, as I was already getting hungry. Take 2, back at the taxi stand after dinner. We saw a lot of people at the exit door, but we were able to get a taxi ride right away. Lesson : We need HIM all the time. The prayer was to cover the future situation so that GODs will would be done when the time came ---- a prayer cover. In todays reading, the young Church prayed for Peter while he was in prison and the LORD freed HIM miraculously --- yes , another prayer cover. ---- MARK
