A Self-proclaimed Ghetto Ambassador, born & bred in pre-hipster/pre-gentrified Bushwick, Brooklyn, Jendog navigates multiple spaces, challenging stereotypes and delivering messages of Love, Life, social justice and Self-defense through her dope, sharp, layered organic photography and lyricism. She delivers hard-hitting, factual rhymes loaded with veracity, telling stories of how she lives, loves, learns, and sees. Recently asked to perform in South Africa, Her music has been featured on independent film, a German New York City tourist guide DVD, and on several compilations, including Coast2Coast Mixtapes and the AWOL Magazine Mixtape. Shes graced stages at NYCs Cures-Not-Wars Parade, Props To Hip Hop: Fugees Tribute, The Stolen Lives Induction Ceremony, NuYorican Poets Cafe, Psuedo, Lion’s Den, Galapagos, City College, New York University, and also shared a stage with the R&B legend Nile Rodgers as part of Three Dot Dash’s third annual Just Peace Summit at the Bitter End. Jendog has performed dazzling shows for highly conscience audiences worldwide including: Harvard University, Stanford University, Syracruse University, Hampshire College, Oberlin College, University of Michigan Ann Arbor, and in New Orleans (during Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest and Voodoo Fest). Summer 2013, Traveling worldwide to deliver her uplifting and empowering lyrics, Jendog completed a tour in Cambodia, India, and Sri Lanka as part of DreamWolf with YaliniDream. Recently she performed for Harry Belafonte, Joan Baez, and Daniel Ellsberg at War Resisters Leagues 90th Anniversary Bash & Peace Awards Ceremony. In Spring 2014, they are performing and facilitating a workshop at Stanford University as part of their Hip Hop curriculum. Jendog Lonewolf is currently recording her upcoming solo album The Jendog Story set for a Spring release.
