LM Celebrates Green Day Little Millennium Celebrated ‘Green Day’ in the school premises. The children dressed in green looked like little sapling that would one day become the tree that will spread knowledge and shade to all around. They all enjoyed their visit to the herbal garden. The school gardener told them about different plants and their utilities. They were told that the Tulsi is good for cough and cold, Aloevera is good for the skin. They sprinkled water on plants. They all were delighted to see the blooming little flowers in the school garden. They all engaged in the leaf printing activity with fun and fervour. They used yellow and green colour to create different shades. They also pasted the leaves in their scrap book. All those who performed well and actively participated were rewarded with beautiful green tags in the shape of a leaf. At the end of the day they all enjoyed reciting the rhyme ‘All is green’.
