Muhammad Bashar Nuhu Fellow constituents and delegates, One of the historical contradictions of the Nigerian democracy and development enterprise is lack of youths and women active and effective participattion in policy formation and implementation as well as taking part in the process of decision making that is critical to the developmental process. The democratic process should accommodate the interest of the most vulnerable sub-group in the society among who are the youths, women, rural & poor at grassroots. They are of great significant in all aspects of developmental objectives in terms of national development especially in a democratic settings where their inputs becomes paramount. In light of the foregoing, and also while envisioning a truly democratic and united Munya, Rafi and Shiroro, the manifestos would propose a way out of the dilemma facing them through competent legislative representation and good governance geared towards empowering them to function effectively in the society.
