This petite beauty waited patiently in her kennel as I made my morning rounds. Her hopeful eyes lit up when she saw me stop at her door. I looped her up and off we went! Klara walked obediently at my side down the hall. Once outside, she demonstrated she is likely house trained, and will sit pretty for a treat. We had a very pleasant walk around the neighborhood, and even though we had just met, I felt as if we had known each other for years! I sat down on the cuddle step to see if shed enjoy some petting. She immediately jumped up and settled in by my side. We watched the pigeons fly by and talked about cars, fresh air, and other dogs. She had such a soothing affect I really dreaded bringing her back inside. At three years old, she has just the right combination of youth and wisdom to make an excellent confidant.
