LOGIC LETTER 3/19 Dear Lojiks, Liberals are ruining our country. At home, Obamacare costs are about to soar, and, of course, coverage is terrible. Government at this level has no business being involved in our health care. But this is the libtard wet-dream: to control medicine and hospitals and doctors and decide who lives and dies. This is the ultimate control over the people. Hospitals that embraced Obamacare must be rethinking right now. Or they will when they get done merging, closing, firing, cutting doctors, cutting services and raising costs. Only a couple of months ago, I received a letter that my personal doctor was leaving his current practice. My urologist had already left. Obama will not approve the pipeline until after the elections -- everything is political. Jobs are hard to find. 57% of us believe we are still in recession. Businesses are cutting back while corporate profits (at the biggest companies) soar. Thats because the corporations have trimmed back on people due to uncertainty. The Wall Street Journal has an article about the rich being much richer while the rest of us are losing ground. The administration tells us this too, but doesnt tell us that it is due to their policies. The internet kills whatever it touches. Automation replaces people now at a rate faster than new jobs can be created. And mega-mergers continued unabated, killing millions of jobs and making the really rich really really rich. When Comcast gets Time Warner Cable, a big, new monopoly will stalk the county like a stop-motion-animation monster from the 50s. Cable and internet costs will go up and jobs will be cut. But some guy at the top will get mufti-million dollar bonuses paid for by the suckers who subscribe to Comcast -- the same people who give us MSNBC. Abroad, our foreign policy is harming the entire world. Obama is a wealth-redistributionist and is a total retard with regard to foreign affairs. John Kerry is beyond incompetent. These guys are classic liberals who want fairness and cant understand why Putin does what he does. For his part, Putin is laughing at us and working to rebuild the glory of the Soviet Union. War may lie ahead. Whats worse, so many in the United States dont even see it. Let me be frank: Putiin is a mass-murderer who is in office illegally and will likely never leave office. His adventures, unchecked by the Obama administration and Europe -- could lead to other countries (China, Iran, North Korea) deciding that Obama is a joke and doing as they please. War could be the result. This is what happens at home and abroad when we elect ideological progressives who believe that they can force some kind of green utopia. We cant get them out of office soon enough. We elect Hillary only if we want the country to be destroyed. Last night, the Central Texas Tea Party embraced Mari Pauls effort to recall all five Temple City Council members. She told a packed house that the councils asking Judy Morales -- the embattled Mayor Pro Tem -- to resign on Monday is too little too late. Paul said that the council members should have started doing their jobs earlier. Addressing the issue of the $50,000 price tag associated with Lou Ann Andersons request for Judy Morales emails, County Commissioner Bill Schumman took the microphone to defend the county. He explained to the crowd that the county must redact all these emails because they contain information about private citizens and that will take a lot of people and time and thats why the county wants to charge $50,000. There were three responses. 1. Mari Paul said that someone requested her emails and the City or County charged $79. 2. I said that the Morales emails should be readily available because (we are told) the Bell County Sheriffs Department has already conducted a thorough investigation. Wouldnt that have covered the emails? 3. Investigative reporter Lou Ann Anderson, noting that this is Sunshine Month in Texas -- a time to promote open and transparent government -- said she isnt through. She will be meeting with open government groups that have lawyers. The clear implication was that she isnt done in her quest to obtain the emails. She promised a full article on the subject within a few days. In a way, Judy Morales has done us all a favor. The people, City Council Members, County Commissioners, and those who have dabbled in criminal activity are leaning lessons about corruption, opaque government, narcissism, and misguided racial solidarity. The story is the stuff of novels. And the surprise ending has yet to be written. It involves REAL ESTATE. Prediction: Judy Morales will plead either no contest or guilty in exchange for a tiny fine and probation, so long as she can run for council again. She will get a light tap of the wrist and nothing more. Question: how many times will the four white males on the Temple City Council be willing to kick her off? Take a stand. Logically, Lynn Woolley
