LOGISTIC SPECIALIST, DOMESTIC STRATEGIC SORCING - São José dos Campos - SP Johnson & Johnson CANDIDATAR-SE AGORA » Data: 08/10/2014 Descrição •Drive service improvements / ensure service continuity of CLS Brazil. •Manage supplier commercial relationships with carriers. •Design and manage process for sourcing of Inbound & Outbound domestic transportation & Warehousing services in Brazil, leading participant stakeholders through the process. •Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP process and contract negotiations, inclusively those required during the life of the contract, always in compliance with internal and external regulations. •Communicate industry updates to business partners and translate implications to the J&J business •Assist in cross-company transportation budget development and ongoing review •Partner with other J&J regional groups on various sourcing and efficiency improvement projects • Manages overall logistics suppliers’ relationships, conducts contract, cost, and service negotiations, keeps up-to-date on mode and overall industry trends, acts as liaison between Johnson & Johnson and suppliers, and maintains various compliance documents related to the suppliers. •Provides, acts upon, and creates new service metrics relating to capacity provision, on-time delivery, electronic transmission of data, cost, and other metrics as defined with Operating Company partners. Develops capability of local suppliers to provide meaningful data. •Assists in the evaluation and incorporation of new business opportunities •Benchmarks with other shippers and new suppliers to identify and implement creative solutions. •Maintains an industry presence through active participation and engagement in industry working groups to ensure J&J leads and stays abreast of industry trends and best practices.
