Our client is looking for a Graduate Logistics Coordinator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. An immediate start is available for the right candidate. Duties are varied and will include in putting goods out details onto an in house system, (SAGE), printing off dispatch notes, in putting details for courier purposes – weight, number of boxes etc, deciding on the most appropriate method of transportation, liaising with the sales team, problem solving – i.e. late deliveries, wrong goods delivered, claiming for broken/lost items and more. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and/or a strong background in logistics/warehouse administration/customer service; however, this is NOT essential as full training will be provided. You will have excellent communication, organisation and customer service skills. You will work accurately, with attention to detail and be able to prioritise work and problem solve.
