LONDON BRIDGE REVIEW I had lots of expectations on this one,but I feel disappointed after watching the movie!It is a Romantic Drama. SCRIPT:Written by Jinu Abraham.One aspiring buisnessman loves a millionaire girl for money,In to his life a girl comes and he fells is true love.Rest I dont want to share.This story is told on screen for like zillion times.Its an old fashioned triangle love story portrayed in the backdrop of London.Okay even if the theme is not fresh,you can make it impressive by making a good screenplay.Here there isnt even a good sequence which stays in mind.Too live-less and flow-less screenplay.Apart from some sahithyam dialogues here and there in the narration by Prithvi,this section is boring. DIRECTION:I would say its one of the worst Direction attempt that I have seen in recent times.This Buddy, Anil C Menon didnt even notice that Prithvis car is changed in the hitting scene,on the other hand he was driving ferrari the whole day.[That he went to office argument is too lame!].His location selection was good,but he doesnt even have the basic color sense,thats why the England became too greyish.Castings are okay,but he should have considered someone for the character of Merin,who can do something more than just smiling. ACTING:Prithviraj did a good performance,but like always his he-man face is too inflexible for emotional scenes.Andreah and the other heroine didnt had much to do.Prathap Pothen is becoming boring with his anglicanised malayalam now-a-days. Others did a decent performance. TECHNICAL:Cinematography by Jithu Damodar is good as such,but frankly speaking the bad CGi and DI made it look bad.Editing by Praveen Prabhakar was a nice effort.Over fashioned and luxuriated costumes is a big setback.Those Chinos and a muslin shawl is a weird combination Mr.Costumer![that too for prithviraj] MUSIC:Probably the best thing in this film will be BGM done by Gopi Sunder.All the songs felt flow-less to me.[Songs are done by Rahul Raj and Srivalsan J Menon]. On the whole this is recommented for those who doesnt misses Prithviraj films.For the rest itll be a boring and distasteful experience. RATING:5.25/10
