**LONG POST ALERT!** I know a lot of you think Im just some girl who likes to work out and that I dont get it. I dont get what its like to not be able to walk up the stairs without breathing hard, or what its like to not even know where to start....well youre wrong! Seven months ago, even though I might have looked in shape because Im naturally smaller, I couldnt walk up my stairs without becoming winded. I was falling deeper into depression and anger, and I was having such terrible anxiety that I couldnt even drive my daughter to and from school. I didnt know what was going on with me, but I knew I needed a change. And thats when I found the amazing support of Beachbody. I had been doing the workouts for YEARS (five to be exact) but I had NO IDEA how to eat, and no knowledge of the incredible coaches and the support they offered. And in walked Kenzie and the 21 Day Fix. In only three weeks time, I had lost 3 pounds.....when for years I hadnt been able to get the excess to budge. I had confidence, a new outlook on life, and I got OFF the anti depressants and anti anxiety meds. So then I decided; if this can change my life, why cant it change someone elses? I felt this push to pay it forward. And I have, over and over again. Just tonight I was chatting with a friend and this is what she had to say since starting 21 Day Fix and joining my challenge group: My fitness has improved so much! I used to not be able to walk my class to the music room upstairs at school because I was breathing hard before I made it to the top of the stairs. Now I can take them two at a time and not even breathe hard!...Its literally saved my life! My blood pressure is lower since my last year check up and Ive lost 16 pounds since then too! My cholesterol is better too! THIS is why I do what I do. THIS is why I get up early and stay up late. THIS is why I added one more thing to my plate. I wanted to help just ONE person change their life. Since becoming a coach, I get messages like this weekly. What an awesome opportunity I have in front of me! And I have SO MANY of you message me, wanting my help. (not going to call you out, but you know who you are!!!) But youre scared, arent you? I have had SO MANY of you tell me, I just dont think I can do this....the workouts look too hard, I dont have time, etc... Well, you dont have to be scared! To help ease your fears, Tony Horton created a brand new program, called P90. From the man himself: P90 is an introduction to fitness. Its for people who feel like theyve never been in the game before. I want to keep paying it forward, and Im taking a group of ONLY 10 men and/or women who are ready to get in the game.
