Dear Respect Sir, 1st I would like to clear you with others that why my letters are so hard. Dear sir when I speak 1st time to any one then I am very humble but when they did not respect then I am just hell on them. I only write to any one when I have full proof evidence. I would like to know from you that when people grab a thief then how they behave with him by the so called pant, shirt people ?? Then why I can not do the same with pant, shirt people when I grab them for their misdeed ? Because they are an IAS OR IPS OR IFS OR IRS and have red light or yellow light so they are just like a God even after doing misdeed, Is that what so called educated people want to tell me ?? Sorry dear sir I am from different world – Ex- Juna Akhara. We only follow the truth and we only bow infront of it. I follow The FAKIRI tradition. We are living very hard life. Dear sir now let me come to the issue that today I filed FIR against BTMC ( read the attached scan copy of the FIR ) and the next FIR is against forest research institute, dehradun. You and the BTMC is the killer of a holy tree which is our heritage, misleading the whole world by giving false statement about the health of holy tree. 1. Do you measure the respiration of the holy bodhi tree in every visit ?? What is the rate of respiration of holy bodhi tree ?? dear sir you never measure it but you are telling that holy bodhi tree is healthy. 2. How much % of area of any huge tree like bodhi tree at mahabodhi temple must be open to get well breath, fresh air, water, fertilizer for living a long life ?? And do you think that is that much area is available at present under the holy bodhi tree in the mahabodhi temple where lord budda got enlightenment ?? You are telling lies dear sir ( area is still cover with white marbles ) when you are appointed as a protector for Holy Bodhi Tree at Mahabodhi temple and getting around 3 lakhs rupees from lords money as a fee and then you must tell the truth to save the tree but !!! ??? Now you think what do you asked from Lord Buddha when you visited Bodhgaya and then think what your family taught you and then think what is your statement about the tree and then you think what is your blood condition !!! Dear sir honesty is a nice word to see in the books and you the pant, shirt people makes my country 100 me se 100 baiman. 3. Soil compaction is the main issue for a healthy tree. Now you look the attached photos and tell me when the soil is compaction is going on till now then how Holy Bodhi tree is healthy ?? Root area is covered by white marbles and last 5 years BTMC is not taking out then where is the chance for holy bodhi tree to get fresh air and breath ?? And what you said under your affidavit in the Hon’ble high court is that thing happening under the Holy Bodhi Tree because no measure has been taking by the BTMC to stop soil compaction and you also did not mention in your report that BTMC not following your instruction ?? 4. Look at the golden colour metallic grill and you see what you said in the hon’ble patna high court and now you think that are you not contempt of court with BTMC ?? The metallic golden colour grill creating heat which is just below the branches of holy tree and the barks of the tree getting heat which is damaging the respiration of the tree and then how you are telling that the holy bodhi tree is healthy !!! And the marbles are giving direct heat to the root which is harmful for the respiration. Till now root area is covering by cloths by the devotees. So where is fresh air for the tree ?? How you are claiming that the tree is healthy ?? 5. Look at the present high power lights system around the holy bodhi tree !!! Read the attached writings of lord Buddha and then think what you and BTMC is doing ?? Tree leaves have the most sensitive skin. These high power lights creates heat which effected the skin of the leaves and leaves carries photosynthesis so how a damage leaves can produce nutrition for a tree !!! Dear sir do your great scientist ever put any thermometer just beside the leaves to see the temperature of the lights ?? Do it you will see the bloody truth. My people did it for me because last 4 years I took oath that I will not go inside the Temple until BTMC making it as a Temple. My old mom is dieing and sick along with half paralyzed affected big brother and calling me every time to come back home but simply I said mom to die because my heritage is first and serving lord Buddha is first ( Please go and check my mom’s condition ). Mardangi does not mean to have power to create generation but living a life till the last breath is called MARDANGI. 6. Look how on the road butter lamp burnt by the devotees which creates huge carbon monoxide which effects the respiration of the surrounding trees and also effected the sick bodhi tree. So how you are telling that holy bodhi tree is out of sickness ?? 7. Look at the branches all over the Holy Bodhi Tree how dark black it is which is clearly telling that the holy tree is fungi effected. Therefore how you are telling that the holy tree is healthy ?? 8. When the sun light come out early morning then that particular time is harmful for any tree because night cool temperature transforming into day hot temperature and the leaves of any tree is most sensitive in the group of living organism and to save from this effect we need to arrange a cover around the holy bodhi tree but where is that advise for cover in your any report ?? Therefore how you are telling that holy bodhi tree is healthy ?? 9. As your scientist Mr. Harsh said that sound don’t effect the tree !!! Now dear sir tell me if I show you article from Nature Magazine, Michigan Forest research institute report and a horticulture farm in kerala proved how sound effected on trees then will you suspend such scientist from your organisation ?? Just tell me a tree is living organism or not ?? And every living organism effected by heat, sound, pollution – yes / no and then how your scientist is telling that sound don’t effect the tree !!! 4-5 thousand monks chanting mantra and that huge sound will not effect a sick tree !!! 10. Show me from the CC Tv footage of BTMC that BTMC is giving water, fertilizer to Holy Bodhi Tree as per your advise ?? Show me from last two years data. I am challenging the whole universe to prove it. Satellite data is available in NASA, India RAW, ISRO so prove it dear sir. How you are telling that Holy Bodhi tree is healthy ?? 11. Look at the Two Bodhi Tree facing each other at west of Mahabodhi temple ( Holy Bodhi tree and sister bodhi tree ) and then look at the colour of leaves. Holy Bodhi Tree leaves is in light colour and sister bodhi Tree is dark green colour. Colour changes took place in the tree out of nutrition. Therefore how you are telling that Holy Bodhi tree is healthy ?? More funny thing is your scientist gave me in writings that there is no colour difference !!! Why you are keeping such blind people in Forest Research Institute ?? From above points I proved that you are a murder of Holy Bodhi tree along with BTMC. Dear Sir this BTMC is full of “ Dhitorast ”. They only know how to make bills at Sujata Hotel and the chairman sing the bill because all are child of dhitorast. If not then how they are agree with you when thet are an IAS and Ph.D holder and they are paying around 3 lakhs per visit. Asked these child of Dhorast where is ASTHA for puja by the Karma pa people because this year Karma pa did not organize his so called Puja under the holy tree ?? Now the International Buddhist Council Monks, Madam Gellek, BTMC members are RAT and none of them dare to answer my questions. IBC people organized protest rally by the help of fake monks whom they did not allowed in their monastery at Bodhgaya but they took help to create pressure on BTMC. Dear sir I gave data to Minority Commission about Bodhgaya Buddhist and Minority Commission is speechless. 1500 foreigners from 51 countries, 3-4 thousand Tibetan monks, around 1000 devotees and Karma Pa this year don’t able to produce faith on Buddha because weather can dilute TORMA out of heat of 1st week of March. What a joke dear sir that fears of dilute of Torma by the heat Karma Pa transfer his Puja at Tergar Monastery at Bodhgaya Bypass. So what kind of trust these people have for lord Buddha that you can imagine. Where the TRUST gone now ?? Because this yearly PUJA not happened under the Holy Tree ??
