LOOK FORWARD EAGERLY...... Then, KNOWING WHAT LIES AHEAD FOR YOU, you wont become BORED with being a Christian, nor become SPIRITUALLY DULL and INDIFFERENT, but you will be ANXIOUS to follow the example of those who receive ALL that God has PROMISED them because of their STRONG FAITH and PATIENCE. (HEBREWS 6:12) So we do not look at what we can SEE right now, the TROUBLES all around us, BUT WE LOOK FORWARD to the JOYS in HEAVEN which we have not yet SEEN. The TROUBLES will soon be OVER, but the JOYS to come will last FOREVER. (2 CORINTHIANS 4:18) In the same way, we can SEE and UNDERSTAND only a little about God now, as if we were PEERING at his REFLECTION in a poor mirror; BUT SOMEDAY WE ARE GOING TO SEE HIM in his COMPLETENESS, face to face. Now ALL that I know is HAZY and BLURRED, but then I will SEE everthing CLEARLY, just as CLEARLY as God SEES into my HEART right now. (1 CORINTHIANS 13:12) FOR THIS WORLD IS NOT OUR HOME; we are looking forward to our EVERLASTING HOME in HEAVEN. (HEBREWS 13:14) For we know that when this TENT we LIVE in now is taken down- when we DIE and LEAVE these BODIES-we will have WONDERFUL NEW BODIES in HEAVEN, HOMES that will be ours FOREVERMORE, made for us by God himself, and not by HUMAN HANDS. How WEARY we GROW of our PRESENT BODIES. THAT IS WHY WE LOOK FORWARD EAGERLY to the day when we shall have HEAVENLY BODIES which we shall put on like NEW CLOTHES. (2 CORINTHIANS 5:1,2) God Bless!
