LOOKING FOR A ROOMMATE!! I have an extra bedroom. Will come with a queen size bed, a night stand with lamp, and a dresser. There is still room for a desk or something in the room. Has a normal size closet and new carpet. You will have to share a washer and dryer with one person. We will share the common areas, kitchen, and bathroom. I work second shift so I would prefer someone who works day shift but that isnt a deal breaker if you dont. Looking for a female roommate only. Asking $250 a month plus a third of utilities. I do have outside dogs, that you will never have to deal with, and an inside cat. He is the sweetest kitten ever and is litter box trained and clean but youll never have to take care of him. I prefer to not have other animals in the home. No smoking inside, outside is ok as long as you take care of the butts.
