LOOKING TO MOVE AFTER CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!! Hi , I am looking for a bigger 3 bed house due to my growing family and tall and big hubby who needs more living space., I have a lovely small quirky 2 bed semi detached house in mottingham , it has a lovely cottage feel to it ,( its not really that small, i have seen smaller) I have a side entrance , its decorated lovely, so nothing will need doing for the next tenants ,cream walls throughout, feature walls in the frontroom and bedroom, oak wood flooring downstairs,( not the cheap stuff) nice size square kitchen. new flooring in the bathroom and wc , new bathroom too, new toilet, new boiler, new outside cladding on the pod, fences have been replaced so the garden so its is very secure , the frontroom is a ok size, enough room for 2 sofas , table and chairs and and tv and a coffee table and abit more , but please keep in mind that the frontroom is not massive, but its really cosy, the frontroom though has lots of potential to knock the wall down to make it bigger if you wished as some people do that, my bedrooms are really good sizes though, in mine i have 2 massive built in wardrobes, loads of storage, in the childrens room, there is a single built in wardrobe, also a really good size, could be partition to make two rooms, its a lovely house, nice feel to it,lovely neighbors to, always parking spaces, graveled front garden also potential to make a drive too, i also have a large wooden outhouse, which has lighting, and electric, great for a playhouse, or a mancave lol.... or a office or bar area , or even a gym or even another telly room, also a shed to one side for even more storage ,really worth a look, .................. i am looking for the areas, mottingam, eltham, sidcup,and blackfen,chislehurst , PLEASE NO TIME WASTERS!!!!
