LORD JESUS,this morning I pray for the youths of our nation,especially those of our church. I ask you look with favor on them. Keep them O dear LORD from danger seen and unseen,and from the evil things of this world. YOU know the many temptations that come to them. Keep them focus,help them,guide them towards the achievement of their hopes and aspirations. I pray for us who are helping in their up bringing. Give us patience. Help us to remember the impulses and desires of our own youth,that we may better understand those with whom we work. Make us charitable,helpful and kind in all things. Give us a self-searching spirit,even when our labours may seem thankless,our youths may be preserved in faith,and those converts to YOUR name may be won,and that the future of the church may be secure. Hear me gracious Savior. AMEN.
