LOVE Nakedhealthy is more than just clean eating, it is clean living. Who wants to be around a healthy person thats negative? Loving yourself and having love for other people for me was a habit I didnt have that took time to work on. I cared about myself and others but I wanted to LOVE. You create your own reality means, you have a thought, with that thought, you project the correlating emotion from that signal in your brain. This is where I was failing. Id have a thought and then pepper it with negativity about how hard it was going to be or why it wouldnt work. This is self sabotage and this is creating a negative reality. Ive been actively working on reprogramming my neurological pathways in my brain to stay in harmony and love. It has taken work but is amazingly worth it. You have to give love to get love.
