LOVE cooking from nothing: My daughter is so wasteful she sees the roast chook from 2 nights ago past its use by date let alone the veggies that are slightly wilting but are still are still in good shape for another appearance at the evening meal. I busily pull apart the chicken, chop the mushrooms, onion, celery, red pepper. Thinking to myself any cooking show would be proud of effort shown. Next grab the eggs seeded mustard, milk feta cheese and now all assembled and cooking away. Cooking in the cool of the day and all that is need is a crisp green salad and glass of wine for the cook! :) The evening meal is now ready picture perfect...picture coming.
