LOVE is... Staying up past your bedtime to prep raw whole chickens for future dinners... because its healthier, and honestly who has time to do this during the day without having a panic attack at the thought of quick little hands and salmonella? LOVE is... spending I dont know how long peeling a bagillion garlic cloves, because my loves LOVE raw garlic and easily half of what I peel will get pilfered if I do this when theyre awake... I have sticky garlic papers all over my fingers, but I smell delicious and wont be attracting any vampires tonight, so theres the silver lining! Thank you JESUS for my amazing Pampered Chef Garlic Peeler... that is all.
