LOVE this guy!! Even though this is a little old, I still love listening to him speak and admire the passion he has for following the rule of law and our Constitution. I wish more were like him! Here, he advocates a bill he has sponsored to require the executive branch to execute the laws passed by the legislative branch with penalties for not doing so. How sad that this has to be legislation since this is sort of the main component of a Presidents Constitutional job description.
