LOW CARB WEEK OF September 2nd, 2013 Modified Holiday Week Menu Choices ROASTED SALMON WITH BLACK BEAN AND CORN SALSA – ADD $3.00 A fresh wild caught salmon fillet roasted with olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper then topped with a black bean and roasted corn salsa. Served over herbed couscous and with a local, seasonal vegetable. MINI MEATBALLS MARINARA Local grass fed beef mini meatballs seasoned with fresh garlic and herbs then simmered in our house made garden marinara sauce. Served with a mini loaf of Stick Boy Bread Co. bread to get every bit of sauce! CHICKEN AND GRITS Hormone/antibiotic free chicken breast, mushrooms, bacon, scallions, and lemon cream sauce served over our organic parmesan-cheddar cheese grits. WILDCARD PULLED BBQ PORK Tender, slow roasted pork loin (roasted for 10 hours with our house made dry rub) then topped with locally made Wildcard BBQ sauce. Served with our famous macaroni and cheese and a side of feta slaw. STICK BOY BREAD CO. FRENCH TOAST and Eggs Locally made bread (daily choice – 1 slice) dredged in our local, free range egg custard and pan fried in organic, unsalted butter. Served with real maple syrup and lean, local pork sausage or thick cut bacon (availability), and 2 scrambled local free range eggs. SKINNY BREAKFAST Local free range eggs (3) scrambled and served with a side of fresh fruit, and 2 slices of lean turkey bacon.
