LOW INCOME HOMEOWNERS INVITED TO APPLY FOR 2015 FREE HOME REPAIRS. Rebuilding Together provides assistance for people who own their home but physical limitations or income has made maintenance virtually impossible. The work is performed by volunteers, utilizing donated materials and resources at no cost to the homeowner.
