Manasseh, even after the atrocities and reproach he had callously brought upon Jehovahs name, remembered the above writing of Moses while languishing in a Babylonian prison. As if by karma, for want of better words, he had the audacity to approach his forgotten God and ask for help. The fact that this incident was recorded in scripture is a grand reminder for us... the God who reads hearts listened to Manassehs sincere pleadings and petitions. The account doesnt give details of the length of incarceration and the amount of time spent in prayer, however the lesson for us is that our God Jehovah is a God of Loyal Love. bit.ly/1CRYulH
