LR Group Executives Frequently Fronting PPL Head Office at Hohola NCD. By PNG Power Whistleblower /////////////////////////////////////// Two weeks ago I saw two executive LR Group vehicles parked outside the front gate of PNG Power Ltd Head Office at Hohola NCD. And today 07.10.2014 around 1 : 28pm the two same LR Group executive vehicles parked at the same location. I saw an expatriate male and female counterpart coming out of one of those vehicles and going into PPL Head Office. Few things to note here : 1.LG Group Executives into PNG Power Ltd Head Office for what during the times when we are hearing of. Go PNG efforts to privatise PPL and that the LR Group are deemed to own up to 49 or 50 percent when privatised? 2.During the crucial time that PPL Board will be having its meeting on Wednesday 08.10.2014 and LR Group Executives meeting with PPL CEO or executive Management team on what for and what business do they (LR Group) have with PNG Power Ltd that they have to constantly front up PPL Head Office? 3. PPL CEO John Targit & PPL Board Chairman Larry Andagali are now, it seems, will be siding with GOPNG and LR Group to privatise PPL. It is not a joke, it is happening right under the very nose of the employees of PPL Head Office. No one is able to say anything because of the fear of reprisals. 4. The meeting tomorrow 08.10.2014 between PPL Board will greatly be affected by todays presence of those two LR Group Executives. I wouldnt be surprised if Larry Andagali (PPL Chairman) or John Targit (PPL CEO) comes out to rubbish the GoPNGs decision to privatise PPL and merely tells PPL staff that it would only be a restructure aka realignment and fool PPL staff into believing them. 5. In 2001, it was Land mobilisation. UPNG students unrest put issue to rest. Then GoPNG come up with this smart idea called SABL. Through this (SABL) too many hectares of land forcefully grabbed from poor unsuspecting Landowners. 6. Now you get the picture? GoPNG is very smart with Ben Micah as privatisation freak. Govt of Peter O Neil will stop at nothing but to sell PPL giving petty excuses. PPL CEO John Targit uses terms like PPL restructuring or realignment and threatening workers not to switch off power. Well, he (Tangit) has to protect his employment but then PPL workers and Papua New Guinea will surely will suffer more if LR Group who is now in the forefront waiting to purchase PPL and Peter ONeil is right behind this group.
