LTE/3G BO Engineer: Middle east: Job description: • The candidate is expected to have at least minimum 3-5 years solid background and experience on LTE as well 3G network in WRAN products, which may include following: Mandatory (Essentials, A Must) • LTE/3G WCDMA Network Architecture, Topology and Interfaces • LTE/3G WCDMA Radio Network, Transport & Physical layer Protocol Stacks • Sound knowledge and troubleshooting (O&M) skills in RBS 6000 family HW/SW Architecture & Product knowledge for both 3G & LTE ENodeBs • Sound knowledge and troubleshooting (O&M) skills for LTE ENodeBs and Evo RNC 8200 HW/SW Architecture & Product knowledge • Sound Troubleshooting skills for S1, X2 Interface setup & UE attach & handover issues • E-Utran Procedures, Protocol stacks and interface Architectures • E-NodeB troubleshooting including Cell tracing, UE selective tracing, Monitors, Mobatch, PMD logs decoding, Wire sharks and Traces, logs and dumps • UEH Exceptions, E-NodeB recovery, S1-MME (Term pointtoMME), SCTP, S1-AP & traffic status, RA and RRC establishments, E-RABs, EPS bearers, ANR concepts • LTEflowfox, LTEdecoder, T&E Viewer/Router, LTE trace error groups, TET, CDAE • Sound understanding of IP, Ethernet, UDP, SCTP, TCP, S1-AP, X2-AP, Mul, network synch over IP and GTP-U • Sound knowledge in IPRAN/MPLS network • Good understanding of Ethernet and IP Suite • Good skills and knowledge in EMAS/Moshell/COLI Commands • O&M Routine maintenance (both preventive and corrective) for RNC as well as RBSs • Site re-parenting through scripts • Good Knowledge of 3G WCDMA KPIs/Performance issues • Routine Audits and Reporting skills • Coordination and Liaising with all concerned stake holders • Internal and external escalations to management • Familiar with acceptance of new 3G sites, IP RAN scopes and integration procedures • Able to interface and update higher management on escalations and related issues as required • Excellent understanding of MoShell/AMOS and Scripting Desired (Good to have) • Basic knowledge of RF Components in RBS • Basic knowledge of MPLS • Basic knowledge of RBS rebuild from scratch using Wizards and Scripts • Perl/SQL scripting skills are highly desired • Ericsson Organizational and business knowledge Email epama@firstpointgroup
