LUANSHYA, SOLWEZI PF CADRES ENDORSE KABIMBA FOR 2016 PRESIDENCY PF cadres in Luanshya on the Copperbelt and Solwezi have endorsed Party Secretary General Wynter Kabimba as the sole candidate in 2016 presidential elections. And the Intelligence sources have continued linking Post newspaper owner Fred Mmembe as one of the main financier for the Barotse secessionists in Western province. The PF cadres that matched to radio Ichengelo in Kitwe said Kabimba, who is sponsored by Fred Mmembe, was the only person who had a vision for the party and the country. The cadres, who are reported to have been financed by several District Commissioners in the two provinces, say PF is full of uneducated people and only the party SG Kabimba has the intellectual capacity to understand the dictates of the economy. Roan member of parliament Chishimba, whose constituency is also in Luanshya, has confirmed that his own cadres have been to radio Ichengelo to endorse the sole candidature of Wynter Munachaambwa Kabimba as their man for 2016 to steer PF and the country forward. And the Zambia intelligence sources have told the Watchdog that Fred Mmembe was the main financier for the secessionist group in that area in a bid to use it as bargaining chip for the presidency of the country. Highly placed sources say even yesterday’s arrest of the former Ngambela, Clement Sinyinda, who is facing charges of soliciting funds for arms to fight the Zambia government have been linked to Mr. Mmembe.
