LUSH WHITE ROSE CENTER ARE RECRUITING! Permanent Supervisor - 40 hour and 24 hour contracts available LUSH White Rose is a brand new shopping centre store, due to open mid/late November 2014. The store has a projected turnover of £1 million and is predicted to rank within the top 10 LUSH stores in the country for sales. As a LUSH supervisor you will be expected to; • Be an excellent sales person, leading by example on the shop a floor with a focus on delivering a 5* customer experience • Be passionate about promoting and sharing the values and ethics of our company • Inspire, lead and motivate our sales team on the shop floor and be proactive in driving the business forward • Complete all back of hour duties to a high standard such as health and safety, ordering, stock control, weekly reports and creating rotas for a large team of people • Plan and deliver exciting and interactive training sessions • Promote, plan and deliver in store parties, internal and external events and actively look for ways to build the business • Follow LUSH best practice guidelines and follow company policy and procedures closely The ideal candidate will: • Be passionate about LUSH and the values we stand for • Be an excellent, confident communicator and able to give feedback effectively and constructively • Have the ability to prioritise and delegate under pressure in a busy retail environment • Have a positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to work hard • Have great flexibility and adaptability • Preferably have management experience and keen to develop a management career within LUSH Do you believe you have what it takes to be a part of the LUSH White Rose management team and are eager to be a part of this exciting new store?
