LYING BB TRICEPS EXTENSION: great exercise to develop the strength and size of the triceps muscle. With the straight BB, position your hands with a close grip on the bar, hold the bar up as if you were going to perform a chest press, bend at the elbow with little movement from your shoulder joint (more prone to heavier loads), keep the elbows in towards the body. Bring the bar to the forehead or top of the skull with control, then contract your triceps muscles lifting the bar back to its original position.
