Because if this is confirmed, it would be a ground-ground missile medium range strike hitting this civil residential area, in a rebel controlled area. This is the first time such a missile is used intra-Aleppo (it had already been used in its suburbs). Up now, the bloody bombing (such as those known to Sukari and Marjah a few months ago which had killed more than 120 civilians) were the "norm". But on June 29, it is a heavy missile that hit the area. There are already 13 confirmed dead people, all civilians and the figure is expected to increase: a whole section of two buildings collapsed.
