I knew they probably saw me as a fallen woman, an atheist maybe - even though I was far from it, as my spiritual side was confirmation enough of Gods existence. But I wasnt Greek Orthodox or Roman Catholic, and I never had committed or been brought up in that environment in a religious order. In my teens I attended our local church and was confirmed by a pushy mum, and occasionally I did take communion when it felt right for me. My faith was devout and divine only to my own beliefs; my church was always within me and not shared by others. I couldnt define my beliefs or want to because I didnt like to preach but my main achievement in life was to be open to everything. I thought I would be arrogant and ignorant if I wasnt.
