LaGuardia landing, Hyperlapsed (newish app from Instagram; does it have Android equivalent?). Until last year, Id have had to shoot this kind of video surreptitiously. Now, were allowed to use handheld devices all the way through takeoff and landing (no cell connectivity and no laptops). Only reason: @NickBoltons dogged reporting/activism in NYT that convinced the FAA to change its rules. He deserves a Pulitzer or some other prize (Nobel?!) Is there anything he can be given? Its freed up flight attendants from playing cellphone cops and reduced the temperature on tens of thousands of flights every day. In any case, he deserves our thanks.
