Labels..they can be helpful when used appropriately..on a shipping package, plastic container or freezer items...its when we start sticking them on people that it gets problematic...it will become over simplistic and can make categorical comments that are just not true..what is in the mind of the labeler can be completely unrelated to the facts...we need to guard against using wrong labels on people..we can damage a persons true image or position in anothers eyes and its just not fair. We cannot set ourselves up as judge and jury declaring information that is exaggerated or third hand and just plain untrue..now were getting into the area of slander. Being alert, discerning and truthful is a sign of maturity and a mark of excellence in this life but pasting undeseved labels on people with only partial facts, feelings and opinions is worse than unfair..we dont like it done to us so we shouldnt do it to others.. just a thought...Blessings
