Labor is like any other commodity. The supply of unskilled and general labor in the US is high, relative to the demand for it right now. If you want the price or value of something to increase you need to increase the demand (create more job creators) or decrease the supply (limit the influx of unskilled / general labor into the market.) Once again - liberals dont understand basic economics. Just like Obamacare: Health care premiums are going up for everybody because making health insurance mandatory increased the DEMAND for health care and health insurance, ergo price increase Amnesty will increase the SUPPLY of labor lowering its value and decreasing its price (wages) and regulating the cost of it (minimum wage) will force the consumers of labor (businesses) to simply not purchase it at all. There is a REASON U6 unemployment (real unemployment) is at 17% and economic growth is at under 1%. The reason is that a bunch of socialist liberals who have no clue how business or a free market really works are in control of our economic policy.
