Labour Day Truth : Despite enrolling slew of prospects by the state govt to enable labours of state in gaining their rights nothing has come in play practically when it comes to implementation. The dramatic collegium between establishment (Pref. Companies & Industries) and state machineries could be the reason that aggrieved labours could not meet their basic rights even now. Tactically somehow or other mean the concerned organization meant for looking on rights of labours in respective units are politicized in order to manifest their part of interests but by end yet again labours are left grey faced. Sounds funny but large crumb of truth its that trend of slavery like things exists even now in Sikkims big manufacturing units/firms. A big talk of govt makes labours happy for the day, next day situation is As it is. Saturation of silence is reached or even exceeded all level of tolerance, if silence and fear continue then not even god can resort or bring reform... Happy Labour Day!!
