Chopper is living in a pen. Neglected, ignored, cold. She is a very sweet and lovable dog, she was brought up with her brother Snow-ball but he died last winter and she has been alone since then. She has been kept outside in this pen and let out to run very infrequently. She has been fixed and just wants someone to love her and treat her as part of the family. She craves for the human touch but gets it infrequently. She is fed and watered every day. She loves to run when she gets out of the pen. She will need to be house trained again because she does not know anything but the pen that she is kept in. At the shelter, since she is a pit mix she will be put down without a chance of living a happy life with someone who will truly love her as she deserves to be loved. She is a great dog and will make someone very happy that will take the time to learn with her. I am afraid that she will die of neglect or be destroyed if taken to a shelter. Please help Chopper find a good loving home. The owner asked Karen to help find Chopper a home or she will take her to the pound (animal shelter) and that she won’t keep her very much longer because she does not want to walk out to the pen to take care of her in the winter when it is cold.
