Ladders & snakes and some Ludo was the entertainment for the afternoon with Deoné. Its family time worth more than all the gold in the world. Water consumption was no challenge at all today and during the afternoons entertainment there was no time to think about any snacking. My cravings have been quite for the past few days and Im really enjoying it this way. Supper was mince, mushroom, onion and green beans. I had some cracker breads with it and an ice cold glass of Tab to celebrate the Bokkes victory. Im doing and feeling good at this stage of my journey and if things continue this way, the rest of my journey should be a walk in the park.
