Ladies, I feel the need to post this again: As stated on invoices, my pinned post and in my about me section - once you receive an item you arent happy with, it doesnt fit, or whatever the case may be, you have 2 days to let me know youd like to return it for an exchange or store credit. Once its past the 2 days, I wont give a store credit or exchange the item. Once you contact me, you have 5 days to return it to me. Once youve past the 5 days, I wont accept it back. Im sorry if this is an issue but its my policy and I wont make any exceptions. Thank you to those who have been understanding with my policy. Anyone who has ordered from me knows I dont hesitate to take an item back within the 2 days grace period. I try my best to satisfy EVERY customer, new or old. But I will stand firm on my policy.
