Ladies! I have a challenge for you this week. Its one that I am taking on and I encourage you to do the same. Here it is! Should you accept please comment below. Challenge begins tomorrow and ends Sunday evening. 1.Fall in love with cardio. Make your fitness an adventure this week! This weeks assignment is to make cardio fun. Use your energy and your creativity to fit 2.5 hours of cardio in for the week. Let us know how you did it! The more creative or inspirational the better! I am going to run a lot. Because I love running for the sake of running. 2. Eat clean, healthy lunches all week 3. Go for a walk outside. Get present and notice the world around you. 4. Wear a really cute gym outfit one day this week. One that screams you with all your glorious fabulousness! Take a photo and share it with us. Lip gloss and mascara encouraged! 5. POSITIVE AFFIRMATION STATEMENT. Ladies! Write a statement of love and appreciation to and about yourself. Say it every day. Say it with conviction and say it until you believe it.
