Ladies and Gentlemen, Forget Me Not – live at Dublin’s National Concert Hall is at long last packaged into one neat, tidy and rather attractive little DVD; the musical highlight of not just 2014 but any year is now available to buy! . Relive what was indeed a most magical night of music, with all proceeds in aid of The Alzheimer Society of Ireland; Lily of the Valley Dare Care Centre, Rathdrum Co. Wicklow, and the Avonmore Ward, Newcastle Hospital, also in Co. Wicklow. Renowned award winning singers and actresses, Naoimh Penston and her daughters Amy and Leah (we’re not biased here at all, whatsoever!!), were joined by a host of celebrated guests in a wonderful night of music at the magnificent NCH on July 30 last. An eclectic mix of Irish, Classical, Musical Theatre, and Popular music, with choral, solo and ensemble performances by a highly accomplished cast. This very special event was dedicated to the cherished memory of Claire Kavanagh who passed away in the summer of 2013, in celebration of her musical inspiration in her family’s lives.
